Bellmaker Court Bow consists of two number four storey apartment buildings with 30 apartment units.
Durkan Ltd are employed by Griffin Housing Association Ltd as the Main Contractor to Design and Build this new development. This project is on site and the design intent is to construct piled foundations and RC Ground Beams which support loadbearing masonry walls, 150mm deep precast hollowcore floors and timber roof trusses.
