O’ Connor Sutton Cronin provided the structural design and Civil advice for this residential development in the heart of Dunmurry.
The development consists of 8No. 2 bedroom duplex apartments with a further 4No. 2 bedroom apartments on the second floor. These where in two blocks divided by a free standing glazed staircase which serviced the apartments at the second floor level.
This project was taken from initial design right through to final construction. O’Connor Sutton Cronin liaised with all statuary bodies and gained full and final approvals for design.
