O’Connor Sutton Cronin were appointed as the Civil/Structural engineering consultants for this project which consists of a complex of 5no. office buildings of height varying from between 4 to 6 storys clustered around a central plaza area.
In addition there is a further 2 story building located to the rear of the development with the provision for car parking. The site is located on the Mahon link road and measures 3.5 hectares. OCSC were appointed to carry out the Civil / Structural engineering services for the project.
