O’Connor Sutton Cronin, supported by our sub-consultants, Cass Hayward, Bennets and Collins Engineering were appointed by Iarnrod Eireann to design a new replacement linkspan structure at Berth No.2 in Rosslare Europort in Co. Wexford, Ireland. The new linkspan will be one of the widest in Europe to cater for the HumberMax class of vessels.
OCSC carried out the tender evaluation process which saw BAM emerge as the contractor. Work commenced on site in November 2008 supervised by OCSC engineers.
