Proposed infrastructure works in conjunction with a new 150 bed hotel, 18 hole golf course, Club house and 150 new Houses. The scope of services includes:
- Provision of all civil & Structural design services
- Design co-ordination works & Project management of Golf Course
- Project Management, Contract administration & Quantity surveying services on all infrastructural elements
- Review of tenders and Contract negotiation
