This new build apartment development on Orchard Street in Kent consists of 24 units.
The substructure consists of trench fill foundations supporting masonry walls and precast floor slabs. Agreement has been made with Southern Water for the allowable Foul and Surface Water discharge to the public sewers. Surface water attenuation for a 1 in 30 year storm is provided by way of oversized pipes.
