Three storey building incorporating Draíocht Performing Arts, Fingal Public Library and general Fingal County Council office space.
The Draiocht portion incorporates two theatre spaces and two gallery spaces with full stage house. The library is state-of-the-art. The building is of insitu concrete, load bearing masonry and steel work framing construction.
