Mixed Use Development at Waterloo Road

This new eight storey development consists of two levels of apartments over six floors of offices over basement. A number of structural options have been considered for this project including spanning Castellated steel beams 16.5m from the front to the rear of the building to provide completely open plan office spaces with no internal columns. A number of flat slab options have also been considered and a cost analysis is currently taking place before this project is submitted for planning.
