The Shams - Abu Dhabi
The Shams Abu Dhabi project (also known as ‘The Shades’) isa 1.75heactare development on Al Reem Island.
The project consists of 5 residential towers ranging from 25 storeys to 60 storeys with a total of approximately 1400 apartments. The Towers are over a three storey podium area and triple level basement. The highest podium area is landscaped and includes 5 swimming pools serving each Tower. The Towers are designed as reinforced concrete structures with the stair and lift cores providing the lateral stability. The concrete outrigger walls are transferred above.
